"Don't go away my friends
Real Talent is irreplaceable by any AI and you know it
You have wonderful portfolios here, you have customers and people who like your works, your artstyle
You shouldn't care about this sh... "situation"
Life will put everything in its place
Life always does
Stay dear friends, don't leave"
-- that's what I wanted to say, but there's another side of a coin causing your protest, the side you don't want to understand...
Nobody prevents you from being a good artist and at the same time mastering new tools
Make it work for you, automate and optimize some processes in your daily artwork
All the talk about "AI - theft", "AI art - stolen art" is bullshit
It's the same as to say that one artist likes the style of another and draws in the similar style and he is a theft
But both just draws for example fantasy scenes with elves
Their pictures are almost the same, so what? Do they steal from each other?
There is no copyright for a drawing style, and also no copyright for a composition of a scene, or for a possibility to draw any object (an elephant eating grass, a beautiful girl in a combat armor, a table in the middle of a room, a starship flying through the Space and etc.....)
Copyright may be for a specific unique work: unique drawing, unique music composition, unique poem, unique story
When I write a story I have the copyright for the whole work, but I have no copyright for any single word or even combination of words. I have copyright for sentences but only if they are unique in their meaning
Most of artists unfortunately don't understand how neural networks work, and that's why they feel fear about this situation instead of benefit from it
